This document outlines how we handle your personal information in connection with our product, which provides AI-generated audience panels and research responses.

1. Research content

We store audience descriptions, generated personas, questions, responses, and product context to provide your research workspace. Public research can be read by anyone and discovered by search engines. Private panels are available on eligible plans. Do not include confidential information in public research.

Research inputs and relevant product context are processed by AI providers through OpenRouter. Uploaded product images are stored using Firebase Storage. When you submit a product URL, the service may retrieve its page content and screenshot for research context.

2. Account information

We store account information such as your email address, name, subscription, credit balance, and API key. Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. We use this information to provide access and manage research usage.

3. Payment and Subscription Information

We do not collect or store any credit card details. Payments and subscription management are securely handled by Stripe, our payment processor.

4. Cookies

Essential browser storage supports authentication, research drafts, and your preferences. Optional analytics and advertising measurement use Firebase Analytics and Meta Pixel when enabled through the cookie preference prompt. With your advertising consent, our server also sends signup and confirmed payment events, including future subscription renewals, to Meta. These include the payment amount and currency, a hashed email address and account identifier, and available Meta browser or click identifiers. Research content is not included. Use the Ad privacy control to withdraw consent; this also stops future server events after your choice is synchronized with your account.
