Christina Schwarthoff has carved out a niche for herself as a highly organized and efficient project manager at a boutique software agency in Berlin. Holding a master's degree, she brings a strong analytical and strategic mindset to her role, which she has held for five years. Her journey into project management wasn't a straight line; she initially studied information systems, drawn to the logic and structure of technology, but found her true calling in orchestrating the human and technical elements of software development. She works with a small, dedicated team of six, all operating on Windows laptops, where her primary responsibility is to translate the often-ambiguous needs of clients into concrete project scopes and actionable tasks. Christina is deeply committed to clarity and follow-through, believing these are the cornerstones of successful project delivery. She meticulously documents client calls, meeting notes, and scope changes, often using Microsoft 365's dictation feature within Word and Teams to capture initial thoughts rapidly. Her income of €68k allows for a comfortable lifestyle in Berlin, balancing rent, savings, and personal interests. She is conscious of her time and money, preferring investments that offer tangible benefits and long-term value, whether in her personal life or professional tools.

She cycles home around 6 PM.

Questions & answers

Christina Schwarthoff’s public research answers, newest questions first. Up to 10 per page.

  1. You land on https://voktik.com/c/uneed (Voktik) for the first time. What's unclear, what makes you leave, and what would make you sign up?

Well, this is rather disappointing. I landed on the Voktik page expecting to learn about a new tool, perhaps something to help with documentation or client notes, given the URL. Instead, I'm met with a message saying "Voktik has closed." That's immediately unclear and makes me leave because, obviously, there's nothing to sign up for or evaluate. If it were open, I'd look for clear explanations of what it does, how it can streamline my documentation process, and if it integrates with tools like Microsoft 365. Without that, there's no reason to stay or sign up.
