Questions & answers

  1. Think about your own work or business in this area: Maker launch on fazier: The menu bar app that screams so you don't have to. What is the single biggest problem you have there right now? Be specific about what it costs you (time, money, customers) and what you have already tried.

The biggest problem I have right now is managing the sheer volume of inbound leads. We get so many calls that it’s tough to give each one the detailed attention they deserve. I spend a lot of time after calls just updating our Google Sheets with notes, objections, and follow-up dates. It’s critical for our process, but it eats into time I could be spending on calls or planning. I've tried setting strict time limits for note-taking, but it doesn't always work when a lead has complex questions. I’m concerned about leads slipping through the cracks or not being followed up on effectively because of this.
