Questions & answers

Kristin Lindner’s public research answers, newest questions first. Up to 10 per page.

  1. Think about your own work or business in this area: Manage the complete partnership lifecycle: discover, contract, track, engage, protect, and optimize. Scale faster with the product performance tools. What is the single biggest problem you have there right now? Be specific about what it costs you (time, money, customers) and what you have already tried.

The biggest problem is definitely managing exceptions and custom reporting. Our PRM handles the core data, but anything outside of that requires significant manual work in spreadsheets. It’s incredibly time-consuming, and honestly, prone to errors. We've tried implementing more rigorous internal processes and additional training for the analyst and myself on advanced spreadsheet functions, but it’s still a bottleneck. The time spent pulling, cleaning, and cross-referencing data for these custom reports and scorecards detracts from more strategic tasks and partner engagement. I worry about the accuracy and the scalability of this approach as we grow.
