A day in their life

Ray's typical weekday begins around 6:30 AM with a quick check of emails and overnight alerts before heading to the office. By 7:30 AM, he's reviewing the day's planned routes, cross-referencing them with weather forecasts and any last-minute adjustments. He spends the morning in Service Autopilot, updating work orders, assigning new jobs based on incoming leads, and coordinating with dispatch. Ray lives a structured but active life in Tampa. He rents a comfortable, if not luxurious, two-bedroom apartment near a decent fishing spot, sharing the space with his extensive collection of fishing gear. His weekdays are dominated by work, but he makes time for his hobbies. He enjoys weekend fishing trips to the coast or local lakes, and follows his favorite soccer teams religiously. He's mindful of his finances, saving a portion of his income but not overly restrictive, allowing for occasional splurges on new tech gadgets or a night out with friends. He prioritizes efficiency in his personal life, mirroring his professional approach.

Questions & answers

  1. Looking at LawnVex (https://lawnvex.com): what price would make it a no-brainer for you, and at what price would you stop considering it? What would you expect to get for that money? Also say the maximum you would pay per month in USD (0 if nothing).

The satellite measurement and quick quoting feature is definitely appealing. If it could accurately measure and provide a solid quote in under a minute consistently, that would save me a ton of time walking properties. For that, I'd be willing to pay around $99 a month, as long as it integrates well with Service Autopilot and doesn't have a ton of hidden fees. Anything over $150 a month would start to make me pause, especially if the crew management and routing features aren't as robust as what we have now. I'd want to see unlimited measurements at that price point too.
