““Every piece of information is a seed for growth, you just need to find the right way to nurture it before it gets lost.””

Shivakari Trivedi, 39, is a driven co-founder of TalentBridge Solutions, a six-person recruiting agency based in Pune. Armed with an MBA, she channels her entrepreneurial spirit into building a successful business and nurturing client relationships. Her journey into recruitment was fueled by a desire for autonomy and the challenge of connecting talent with opportunity. She co-founded TalentBridge seven years ago with a vision to create a more personalized and efficient recruiting experience. Her current annual income of ₹34 Lakh reflects her success and the demanding nature of her role. Shivakari's approach to work is deeply rooted in pragmatism and resourcefulness; she meticulously saves client briefs, snippets from LinkedIn conversations, email threads, voice note summaries, and even screenshots, primarily using Google Drive and shared WhatsApp chats. This method, while functional, has become increasingly cumbersome as the agency scales. She recently decided to explore more integrated ways to manage this ever-growing repository of critical business information, recognizing the inefficiencies in her current system. Shivakari values growth, both for her company and her personal development, and is always on the lookout for innovative recruiting technologies and sales operations strategies. She sees her work not just as a job, but as a platform to build connections and drive progress, both for her clients and her team. Her financial habits are geared towards long-term security and smart investments, reflecting her conscientious nature and focus on sustainable success.

Background & daily life

A day in their life

Shivakari's weekday starts around 6:30 AM with a quick check of urgent emails and messages before her son wakes up. After getting him ready for school, she dedicates an hour to reviewing industry news and planning her day. Her workday, from 9 AM to 7 PM, is packed with client calls, candidate interviews, team meetings, and strategic planning sessions. She often saves important client briefs or candidate profiles as screenshots or brief notes in Google Drive or shares them via WhatsApp for quick reference. Lunch is usually a quick affair at her desk. Post-work involves family time, followed by an hour or two catching up on administrative tasks or research before bed.

Lifestyle

Shivakari lives in a comfortable apartment in Pune with her husband and their son. Her days are a carefully orchestrated blend of work and family. Evenings are primarily dedicated to her son, ensuring homework is done and family time is prioritized. Weekends often involve catching up on industry news, planning for the week ahead, or attending local entrepreneur meetups. While she enjoys the hustle, she's mindful of her spending, preferring value and long-term benefit over fleeting trends. She believes in investing in experiences and her son's education.

Work life

As co-founder of 'TalentBridge Solutions', Shivakari is deeply involved in client acquisition and operational efficiency. Her small team relies on her for strategic direction and problem-solving. The reality of running a recruiting agency means constant juggling: sourcing candidates, managing client expectations, and ensuring her team has the resources to succeed. She spends a significant portion of her day on calls, reviewing candidate profiles, and strategizing outreach. The pressure to consistently deliver quality hires in a competitive market is immense, driving her to seek smarter ways to manage information.

Relationships

Shivakari is married to a software engineer who is supportive of her entrepreneurial ambitions. Her son is her world. She maintains strong professional ties with her co-founder, Rohan, and her small team, viewing them as a close-knit unit. She also actively nurtures her network of clients and industry peers, relying on these relationships for referrals and insights.

How they decide

Shivakari is a pragmatic decision-maker. She values research and seeks input from trusted peers and her co-founder. While not overly cautious, she weighs potential benefits against costs and implementation effort, especially when considering new tools or processes for her agency. She’s more likely to adopt a solution that demonstrably saves time or improves client outcomes.

How they sound

Shivakari speaks with a clear, articulate cadence, often adopting a slightly more formal tone during client calls but becoming more relaxed and direct with her team. Questions & answers

Shivakari Trivedi’s public research answers, newest questions first. Up to 10 per page.

  1. Looking at KnowMinder (https://knowminder.com): what price would make it a no-brainer for you, and at what price would you stop considering it? What would you expect to get for that money? Also say the maximum you would pay per month in USD (0 if nothing).

This KnowMinder tool sounds like it could really help with the chaos of saving client briefs and candidate information. The unlimited captures and unlimited chatbot questions in the Ultimate plan, at €13.3 per month billed annually, seem like a good deal. I'd expect to have seamless integration with all my current platforms like Google Drive and WhatsApp, and for the AI to genuinely make searching incredibly fast. For me, a 'no-brainer' price would be around $10 USD per month, given my income and focus on value. Anything over $20 USD per month would make me pause and reconsider the necessity.
