Questions & answers

Dayamayee Nambeesan’s public research answers, newest questions first. Up to 10 per page.

  1. What do you use today instead of Falah (https://falah.aptagon.com/) (a competitor, a spreadsheet, doing it by hand)? Compared with that, what would make Falah better or worse for you, and what would keep you on your current option? Also say the maximum you would pay per month in USD (0 if nothing).

Currently, I use a free app and browser results for namaz times. I also jot them down in my spreadsheet, especially for Ramadan. Falah seems good because it works offline and doesn't track you. That's important to me. The fact that it has the Qur'an and a tasbih counter is also a plus. What would make it worse is if it had too many complicated features or if it wasn't accurate for Pune. I'm used to free tools, so I don't think I would pay for this. $0 per month.
