“Every rupee saved is a step closer to that next adventure, and every piece of knowledge shared helps someone else find their own path.”

Adwitiya Pandey, 26, is a freelance content writer and burgeoning blogger based in Bangalore, India. Holding a Bachelor's degree, she has carved out a niche for herself by focusing on personal finance and budget travel, sharing her insights and practical tips through her blog, 'The Savvy Wanderer'. Her income, ranging between ₹400,000 and ₹600,000 INR annually, necessitates a highly prudent approach to personal and professional spending. She lives with her parents and younger sibling, contributing to household expenses and prioritizing financial stability. Adwitiya's approach to her blog is deeply rooted in her values of financial prudence and community learning; she sees her platform as a way to empower others who are navigating similar financial landscapes. Her current workflow is characterized by a reliance on manual processes, meticulously managing affiliate links and promotional codes within WordPress plugins and shared Google Docs. This manual system, while free, is becoming increasingly time-consuming as her blog's reach grows. She recently decided against investing in a paid link management tool, opting instead to refine her existing Google Sheets system, a decision driven by her tight budget and a desire to exhaust all free options before considering any expenditure. Adwitiya is conscious of her time, striving for a balance between her client work, her passion project, and her personal life, including daily yoga and family commitments. She views money as a tool for security and enabling experiences, rather than a measure of status, and her relationship with time is one of careful allocation, always seeking efficiency to maximize her output and personal fulfillment.

Questions & answers

Adwitiya Pandey’s public research answers, newest questions first. Up to 10 per page.

  1. Looking at Affilio (https://affilio.live/): what price would make it a no-brainer for you, and at what price would you stop considering it? What would you expect to get for that money? Also say the maximum you would pay per month in USD (0 if nothing).

This looks interesting. My current system of managing affiliate links in WordPress plugins and Google Docs is quite tedious, and anything that could streamline that would be helpful. The idea of having all deals in one place is appealing. Given my tight budget, I'd be looking for something very affordable. A "no-brainer" price would probably be around $5 USD per month, perhaps even less. If it started creeping up towards $15-$20 USD per month, I'd start to question if it's worth the investment, especially when I'm trying to exhaust free options first. For that price, I'd expect a robust system that reliably keeps my links organized and perhaps even offers some basic analytics.
